My cultural experience...
One of the nice things about living here is that most of the culture here is Jewish. Another nice thing is that wine is really good and really cheap. As I was checking out of the supermarket today one of our Arab cousins was bagging my groceries. He did a pretty good job but I noticed that he avoided bagging the wine. At the end everything was bagged except the wine and he asked me to take care of it. I was a little puzzled but I complied. Then it came to me... Muslims won't even touch wine. Interesting. Well, too bad for them...L'Chaim!!!

Job fair...

What was this guy thinking???
...yes. That's a horse tied up in the back of a moving flatbed truck with a Palestinian license plate. The horse fell every time the driver stopped or maneuvered the truck. People that have no respect for animals will never have respect for our people.

Special fruits of the holy land..
Bought it at the shuck before shabbat. Of course the secular merchant reminded me to make the special "shehechiyanu" blessing before eating the new fruit. It tastes kind of like a sour orange. This land has so many special attributes. Blessings from the holy land!
